About BMJ&J Inc.

BMJ&J Inc. located in Spring Hill, Florida was founded on April 1, 2005 by the original creator B. Donald Johnson. Mr. Johnson was formerly a proud member of the United States Air Force F-16 Crash & Rescue team located at Mac Dill, AFB in Tampa, Florida. His training while in the USAF also included many leadership opportunities which led him into the private sector.

Mr. Johnson’s background also includes over twenty plus years of automotive sales, marketing, management, and media buying. These years also provided an extensive history of retail finance. While working for Bill Currie Ford in Tampa he received many sales awards and was recognized by Ford Motor Company as a pioneer in the area of bridging the gap between the worlds of mobility and the world of automotive.

As one of the top three leaders in the country Bill Currie Van Factory under B. Donald Johnson’s leadership served not only the general public in enhancing lifestyles thru Conversion Vans, he and his crew shined in the area of enhancing the lifestyles of the Special Needs community.


In April of 2005 while serving as the Vice President of American Vans & Specialty Trucks Conversion Van Division located in Georgia he simultaneously created what is now known as BMJ&J Inc. The company’s initial marketing opportunity came way of aiding in the acquirement of three major licensing contracts for AV / AST. These agreements included the licensing rights to build specialty vans trucks, and sport utilities for NASCAR, Orange County Choppers, and the Collegiate Licensing Corporation.

Being a Tier II manufacturer vehicles were provided from Ford, General Motors, and Dodge. Upon the interjection of design and production then came the responsibility of sales and marketing to an automotive dealer base of over 200. Once product was sold and delivered the next focus was on dealership training thru on location product demonstration and the setting up of servicing between entities. Product knowledge and dealership training was crucial towards success of the dealer base and the company.
